A Covid-19 case has led to the closure of Bushbuckridge Police Station, this comes after an employee tested positive for the virus. As a result, members of the public are advised to make use of a Community Service Centre which will be operating from the wendy house situated at Twin City Shopping Complex next to Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC)
To access the station, the members of the public can also call 0726380401 for all emergencies and complaints which will be attended accordingly. The telephone lines at Bushbuckridge Community Service Centre will not be accessible for the duration of the closure. However, service delivery will not be hampered.
According to a statement by the Bushbuckridge SAPS, the building will be decontaminated and services will resumeon Saturday, the 16th of January 2021. The SAPS management in Mpumalanga said it would like to apologise for any inconvenience that may arise from this situation and that the Station Commander, Brigadier Riah Thembisile Mkhabela can also be contacted on 0824489288 and Visible Policing Commander, Colonel Grace Mabunda at 0824692702.
