Evelyn Mbele is a 31-year-old lady from Brits, in North West. She said she was born on the 17th of June 1990. Mbele is looking for her biological father, John Mabuza from Mkhuhlu. She said her father, who is said to be born around 1968/1969, used to work as a security guard for Metrorail in Gauteng around the late ‘80s to the early ‘90s. She said at the time her father was renting in Tembisa, he also rented in North West; in Maboloka and in Letlhabile Zone 16, opposite the stadium. She told Bushbuckridge News that her mother’s name is Nomalanga Caroline Mbele, but her father knew her as Thembi.
She her said she got the information about her father from her uncles and aunt, but they don’t have much information. Mbele said her mother passed away in 2004 and she had never said much about her father. She said she was told that her father has a son by the name of Skhalela, who was born in 1989 and his mother’s name is Mpho.
“Wherever you are dad please get in touch, I would like to know you as my father. I don’t care what happened. I just want to put the past behind and get to know you and the rest of my family,” said Mbele, as a message to her father.
She also pleaded with her father, Jonn Mabuza; his son, her half-brother, Skhalela; or anyone who might have any information about her father to contact her on 072 260 5303.
